I'm Sami, the owner and founder of Asheville Flower Walls & Party Design (AFW). I believe that there's no milestone too small to celebrate! I started AFW because I love an opportunity to dress up and decorate and I want to help others bring their ideas to life! Let me share a little bit about myself.

GET TO KNOW ME
I was born in Pensacola, FL, and later moved to a small town in Virginia where I fell in love with the mountains. I earned a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech. In 2016, I relocated to Asheville, NC, for a job in beverage quality management, and I have been here ever since!
While my full-time job is in beverage quality management, my passion is in crafting and event planning. When I'm not working, you'll find me creating new party decor, diving into a good book, planning my next event, or showering my fur babies with love and scratchies.
My husband and I have been married for three wonderful years, and we both absolutely adore Asheville and all it has to offer. On our days off, we love spending time on the lake, visiting our favorite breweries, and relaxing on our porch, soaking in the beauty of Asheville!
